We offer a variety of housing options, from one-bedroom furnished apartments to four-bedroom, four-bathroom homes for your student and his or her roommates. We also offer a roommate matching program that pairs future residents with others that have similar social or academic interests to enhance their college experience.

Frequently asked questions

A guarantor acts as a co-signer and financial supporter of the lease contract. This person will need to meet the income and credit requirements from the qualifications above to be approved.

The easiest way to pay your monthly installment is through our Resident Portal. This is accessible through a link on the website and residents can download the Resident Portal app on their phones for mobile usage. The Resident Portal app allows residents to link a bank account or credit/debit card and set up recurring installment payments.

Internet/WiFi and Trash.

Bedroom: extra-long full-size bed, 4-drawer dresser that can be separated into two 2-drawer nightstands, desk & desk chair; Living Room: sofa & side chair, coffee table & side table; floor-plan dependent: bartop table & 4-bar stools or 3-bar stools; or just bar stools at a peninsula.
